im gonna try it and ill get back to you on how it works for me.
I tired it and suprisingly, it works VERY well. However, you MUST have a healer in order to be effective at all, because once those tanks and melee characters notice their casters dropping like flies, they will target you and kill you ASAP.
ill rate it at 8.5/10 because if you use it in RA, there is a very good chance you will not get a monk or healing rit.

thanks Dean. yes, you do NEED a healer rofl, it'll get bad if you have a weak monk too. trust me lol.
the best part about the whole build is its shutdown. its almost unstoppable, and even a "low set" energy monk will get slammed because of the burn out speed.

Well, at a glance it doesn't seem great. Same as above on the low energy sets, they will make half this build fairly worthless. You are speccing to 10 in DA for one crappy-for-a-mesmer skill (one that shadow steps you to the foe if it works and has half range...not bright). If you want a deep wound, why not go for the tried and true Phantom Pain, Shatter Delusions (at 16 Dom you will get 79 dmg AND DW). Yeah it costs 3 times as much, but it has full range and you get double the damage.
Also, why are you using 16 in domination when 3 of your dom skills hit a max at 14? PoP, e-surge, e-burn. If you dropped it to 14 and put the rest in illusion and used PP in your free spot you would be better off IMO.
Lastly- this build is a one shot wonder if I ever saw one. Yeah it can dish out decent damage, but only once every 20-30 seconds. However, I suppose you probably need that kiting time since you just shadow stepped out of range of your monk, into the middle of your foes, and you have no energy left...
I think you probably need to change it up a little so that you aren't wasting all those points in DA just for a deep wound. Also, you need some energy mgmt so that you don't have to just sit and regen half the time. It seems to me that you are getting a max of 424 damage (plus deepwound) every 40 seconds if you wait for everything to recharge or 345 (plus deepwound) every 30 if you use everything but Unnat Sig (about 3.6 dmg per second + DW if you want to know). Not that you said it was good pressure, I was just pointing out that if you use it for spike it will be pretty predictable other than the first few seconds of the first time, and if you use it as pressure, it is pretty bad.
